Stylana supports e-commerce and gives you, through the completeness of our product descriptions, the privilege of immediate contact with our products from your computer or mobile screen, quickly and easily.

To highlight the benefits of online shopping, below are the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.

A. Reasons for Return / Exchange

1. If you did not like it or it did not meet your expectations.

We understand that, due to the electronic nature of the store, a product may not meet your expectations. In this case, you have the right to return it.

2. If you discovered a defect.

All our products are inspected. In the unlikely event the product you received is defective, please contact us as soon as possible, within 2 business days.

B. Return / Exchange Conditions

1. As stated in the Terms of Use, returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt. Conditions:

α) The product must be completely unused, with all parts, documentation, and packaging in pristine condition. Returns are accepted only after shipping and return costs have been paid.

β) You must inform us exclusively in writing, via email at info@stylana.gr, within 2 days of receipt.

γ) The proof of payment must be included.

2. In case of an exchange, the replacement can be the same product (if available) or another item of equal or greater value.

3.If the above procedure is not followed, the exchange will not be accepted and the product will be sent back at the customer's expense.

C. Withdrawal

1. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, you may submit a written withdrawal request at info@stylana.gr.

2. Within 14 calendar days of notifying us, you must return the product(s).

3. Following your withdrawal, we must refund the amount paid within at most 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.

4.Refunds are issued via the same method originally used. For credit cards, we notify the bank to reverse the transaction. We are not responsible for the bank's processing time.

5. For bank transfers, refund is via bank transfer to the same account.

D. Return / Exchange Procedure

Please follow these steps for best service:

1. Contact us by phone at +30 2741 181 265 or email info@stylana.gr.

2. Pack the product in a durable box. Do not fold leather items. Over-creased or scratched products are not accepted.

3. Include in the package:

α) The receipt
β) Your full name

5.Mark the parcel as "recipient pays". Stylana covers return costs only for the first exchange.

6. You may use another shipping method at your own expense. Returns via regular postal mail (ELTA) are not accepted.

We are not responsible for loss during return shipping. Always use a method that provides proof of delivery.
