By using the online store with the trademark stylana at www.stylana.gr, every user is deemed to unreservedly consent to and accept the terms set out below, without exception. Users who do not agree must refrain from visiting or transacting with the store.

The company reserves the right to freely amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes via the website. Changes do not affect orders already in progress. Contracts are concluded in Greek.

3. Products & Information
The company commits to the completeness and validity of product information, subject to typographical errors. Delivery times depend on warehouse availability and courier services. Prices may change at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of the company, protected by Greek and European law and international treaties. Copying, transfer, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Payment Methods
Bank transfer to Alpha Bank ( IBAN: GR5501405500550002002032823) or Viva ( IBAN: GR2770100000000568197032004). Also Visa, Mastercard, prepaid and debit cards of Greek banks, PayPal, and 6 cryptocurrencies via Coinbase. Card security is ensured through Viva, licensed by the Bank of Greece.
6. Shipping
For orders under €50, we choose the most economical courier. For orders €50 and above, shipping is free (subject to change). Dispatch time: 1-5 business days. Shipping only within Greece.
7. Returns & Withdrawal

8. Information & Products
Acting in good faith, the company is not liable for accidental errors in product features, photographs, or prices, and reserves the right to correct them upon discovery.
9. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for damages arising from order cancellation, non-execution, or delays. Content and products are provided "as is". The company is not civilly or criminally liable for any damage arising from site use. Third-party links are not under our control.
10. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon physical possession of goods, or upon delivery to a consumer-appointed carrier.
11. User Responsibility
